REQUEST FOR BIDS – RFB2021-071, Challenger + Lake Air Little League Redevelopment Project. Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M Friday January 21, 2022 for this project. The City of Waco is requesting bids for the Challenger + Lake Air Little League Redevelopment project. Plans include construction of 8 ball fields, fencing, structural foundations, plumbing, and other underground utilities, electrical of both sport and non-sport lighting, irrigation, masonry, steel, landscaping installation, as well as removal and re-installation of bleachers, plaques, and memorial tree as outlined in the plans. All bidders must be Prequalified. A digital version of this document can be obtained from the City of Waco website at http://www.waco-texas.com/bids.asp. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 P.M., via Video and Telecom Conferencing. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 10:00 A.M.
