THE DUKE of Sussex, 37, spoke at BetterUp’s virtual summit on Thursday and revealed what life is like for his children Archie and Lillibet.
But during an earnest chat for US firm BetterUp, the Duke of Sussex gave a rare insight into the family’s everyday routine.
Over the course of the interview, the dad-of-two admitted that he has “experienced burn-out” in the past and has now made “self-care” an everyday priority.
This means carving out some time around Archie and Lilibet’s schedules to do a quick bit of meditation.
Most days, Harry says he utilises his daughter’s nap time – as three-year-old son Archie has started going to school.
The news comes as Prince Harry surprised royal fans by showing off a new shorter haircut as he appeared in the video about his mental health.
One fan commented: “King Harry is more than a snack. He’s an entire meal.”
Another said: “Our prince is hot, fit and fabulous!”

70th anniversary at ‘extremely difficult time’ for Firm
A royal commentator has said that the jubilee will be a difficult time for the monarch.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams told Express.co.uk: “The Queen is a person of deep religious faith.
“She took an oath when she was 21 in 1947 to serve her whole life and she meant every word of it.
As she reflects on the success of her uniquely long reign as the 70th anniversary of her accession approaches, the two figures who have particularly inspired her, her father and Prince Philip, will be in her thoughts.
“Her father was also dutiful and conscientious and did his duty superbly, especially in wartime. Churchill’s wreath on behalf of the nation read ‘for gallantry’ at his funeral”.

Inside the Queen’s Bentley: Bond-style security features
Unsurprisingly, perhaps the most important features are the safety measures used to protect the Queen during high-profile events.
If a motor is designated a ‘state car’, it has to be completely safe from any outside threat.
The cabin in both of the limos is air-tight to ensure Her Majesty is property protected from gas attacks or explosions.
The cars also travel on Kevlar-reinforced tyres to make sure that, even if the tyres are shot out, they can get to safety.
Amazingly, despite the whopping cost of the Bentleys, they’re not the most expensive royal vehicles in use.
Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei, has the costliest car.
Rolls-Royces of any age or condition are generally sought after, but the Sultan’s Silver Spur II takes that to a new level. Customised especially for his wedding day, it’s plated in 24-carat gold and has an estimated value of £10.4m.

‘The Queen knows us. She loves us’
This is an article by Tony Parsons.
Queen Elizabeth II, at 95, is now something far more than the longest-reigning and longest-living monarch in our nation’s history.
She is the most loved.
And after the dignity, grace and quiet courage she has shown over the past two years — hard times that have battered both her country and her family — she has never been more loved than she is today.
But through it all, Her Majesty acted with grace and dignity. She never faltered.

Diana would have ‘loved’ George

Prince George’s ‘hilariously inconvenient’ gifts
PRINCE George’s godmother has revealed how she honours Princess Diana with her choice of gifts for him.
Julia Samuel was speaking on podcast How to Fail with Elizabeth Day and explained how her late friend started the joke – which has now become tradition.
The 62-year-old, who is one of seven godparents to the future King, was a close friend of Diana and is the founder patron of the charity Child Bereavement UK.
Julia, a psychotherapist, paediatric counsellor and mum-of-four, explained how she always chooses the gift which is the most inconvenient but hilarious – in terms of noise and time needed to construct.
She says: “I do to George what [Diana] did to us. Which is give impossible toys which are really noisy, take a lot of making.”
Adding how it’s normally Prince William who bears the brunt, she says: “I come in slightly tipped by the size of the present that William then has to spend days putting together.
“And then put all the machinery together and it makes awful tooting noises and lights flashing and all of that. That makes me laugh and it makes George laugh.”
