Invitation for Proposals BWC Education Group requests proposals from subcontractors and suppliers, for the China Spring ISD, new High School Competition Gymnasium to be constructed behind and attached to the current China Spring High School. Specifications and bidding requirements will be available January 20, 2022. BWC Education Group is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the China Spring ISD 2021 Bond Program. Proposal’s Due 2:00 PM, February 8, 2022. A Pre-proposal meeting will be held at the site at 1:30 PM on Friday, January 28, 2022 for interested parties.
